Hello world!  I am back on line (I hope) after fighting with google for half an hour to reset my password.

Since I am travelling o/s and am now officially unemployed, I ought to have squoodles of time to air my virtual musings on the ether.  Actually though, I've discovered I am just as busy as I was when I was holding down a full time job and running a full time household - I'm just frantic doing some different things.

Trip so far?  Pretty amazing, overall.  Portland was stunningly beautiful, with spring in full swing.  Seattle, well, it's bigger, trafficker, and a lot colder, being further north, but I am discovering some hidden delights.

Now I must shuffle my erstwhile still on NZ time daughter off to bed.
